Pick the one thing which does not require one to do much as it can be challenging; thus, it should be something that can be slotted in quickly. There are a list of activities from sewing to cooking, photography and any other activity which will not drain too much of your energy. Second trimester of pregnancy is a bit better to deal with, that is why one should keep soldiering no matter how bad first trimester becomes.
Once the tough pregnancy phase is gone, you have a chance of getting to enjoy the second trimester because most of the bad signs are gone. The changes in your body are different in this phase in that some people still get nauseated but it is not as bad as the first trimester of the pregnancy. Remember that eventually one will go back to their old life but contact a doctor if you experience something worse in your first trimester.
